CJ Heske

Sejota ‘CJ’ Heske is a resident Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt under Hab Heske. He is an active competitor and coach at M1FC.

He started his BJJ journey in the kids classes when he was 6 years old. More than a decade later he continues to improve and have fun sharpening his grappling skills.

CJ has competed in multiple national and state championships across Australia over the years. He is currently a BJJ Brown belt under his father & coach Habby Heske.
