SPARRING

After something with more contact? Our fighters training sessions are available throughout the week to challenge yourself against other strikers.

The classes offer controlled sparring and full contact rounds supervised by the coaches to ensure you are fighting smart.

Sparring classes are generally geared for those with more experience, however curious beginners are welcome to jump in.

On occasion we also hold inter-club sparring days where other clubs are invited to come and spar together. This provides some great momentum for your progress as you pair up with different people and gain further experience.

Please consult with the coach first as these classes are for invited members only to ensure the individual has acquired a minimum period of sparring experience before participating.
