VINYASA YOGA
VINYASA YOGA is a dynamic style of yoga that is physical, fun, challenging but deeply satisfying. This popular style can be referred to as ‘flow’ yoga, which links movement and breath.
This class will improve your strength, flexibility and range of motion while calming the mind. Vinyasa yoga works the entire body which results in increased mobility and agility. Creating a balanced body that is less prone to injury.
The body becomes revitalised and its ability to heal is enhanced by the stretching, strengthening and breathing techniques covered in the classes.
The increased body heat and energy will loosen muscles and instigate stronger blood flow carrying oxygen to vital organs. This increased heat in the body leads to sweating, which helps rid the body of harmful toxins.
You can expect a creative, fun and challenging class that will get you moving and ready for the day ahead.
Who is it for?
It is open to anyone interested in improving their physical strength and flexibility. It’s also great for self awareness, stress relief and practicing getting into a peaceful state of mind.
