Muay Thai is a fighting art originating from Thailand. It’s a dynamic and powerful combat style that utilises punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes, hence the nickname “the art of eight limbs.”
Muay Thai is an incredibly effective full-body workout. Through the training sessions, you will enhance your strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. Every session will challenge your limits, burning calories and toning muscles in the process.
In these classes you will learn the correct foundations of Muay Thai. This includes all striking techniques, footwork, clinching, distance management as well as correct way of holding pads.
Discipline instilled through Muay Thai training translates to all aspects of your life, improving your productivity, resilience, and overall well-being.
The classes start with a warm up of stretching and skipping and progress into technique training with a partner, or bag work.
The sessions end with a mix of stretching and strength & conditioning work.

The Muay Thai kickboxing classes are open to anyone who is willing to learn and take on a challenge to acquire a new skill. Both beginners and advanced students are welcome.
