KIDS BOXING
Kids boxing classes are available for all 8+ year olds every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm.

All kids classes are fitness based and is in a safe and supportive environment, with appropriate supervision and guidance from qualified coaches. There are no sparring component to the classes but involves every other skill acquisition aspect such as punches, footwork, timing and conditioning.
