”Jiu-Jitsu” means gentle art and therefore involves using technique and leverage, instead of strength. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in Perth are a great way to get fit, learn self-defence and improve your balance and coordination. ‘BJJ’ is the abbreviated term for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
BJJ Class description:
You will learn fundamental grappling concepts emphasising on controlling distance, establishing positions, pins, throws and submission techniques using chokes, strangles and joint locks while developing a great cardiovascular fitness and overall increase in strength.

BJJ classes are great for anyone looking for a challenging martial art and becoming a better grappler. It’s suitable for all skill levels from beginners to the experienced. We offer both Gi and NoGi classes throughout the week.
