Our boxing fitness class is a great way to learn a new skill and get fit. The cardio boxing work-outs will teach you correct punching techniques together with footwork and striking combinations. It’s designed to improve co-ordination and develop strength and stamina using pads and punch bags.
The class consists of warmups, techniques and combinations with a bag or a partner.
Who is it for
The classes are open to anyone wanting to learn the foundations of Boxing and try something different for fitness. All classes are structured by our expert coaches to cater to people of all skill levels and experience.
