Muay Thai Kickboxing Classes incorporate Fitness & Self Defence techniques.

What is it:

Muay Thai is an effective self-defence system because it makes use of all limbs of your body incorporating kicks, punches, elbows and knees.

It’s a great way to keep fit, gain confidence, improve coordination and balance while learning to effectively manage distance.

These classes are great alternatives to hitting to the gym and doing the same routine everyday. Every class is different providing a wide variety of skills and techniques.

In these classes you will learn the correct foundations of Muay Thai. This includes all striking techniques as well as correct way of holding pads.

The classes start with a warm up of stretching and skipping and progress into technique training with a partner. Those without a partner will work combinations and techniques on the bags.

The sessions end with some abdominal work and stretching, or on occasion some strength & conditioning.

Who is it for:

The Muay Thai kickboxing classes are open to anyone who is willing to learn and are structured so that both beginners and advanced students get a great workout.
