Lynda started practising Ashtanga Yoga in 2002 and practised consistently for many years under the care of veteran yogi “Morrison McQueen” of Scarborough Yoga Centre.
She began to experiment with Vinyasa Yoga around 2008 and immediately fell in love with its playfulness, freedom and the space it created for her personality and quirks to shine through.
Lynda has completed her 200hr YTT in Koh Samui with Bryce Yoga and has been teaching since 2009 on a regular basis. While rocking out to some great music and having fun with the poses, she teaches a strong, dynamic and playful class. She continually learns and expands her knowledge through her own personal practice as well as attending workshops and seminars held by National & International yoga teachers on a regular basis.
First and foremost, Lynda will always be a life long yoga student on a curious and cheeky adventure at home and around the world!
