Congratulations to M1FC team member, Tam Mitchell, who became the member of the month for November 2013. Tam has been a long time member at M1FC and has been part of the Mach1 Family. Tam trains in Boxing and Muay Thai, and takes part in weekly PT’s with M1FC Coach, Steve Walton and now adding Strength and Conditioning classes to her regime. We recently set a goal of body fat loss and to increase fitness in a 6 week period. Tam smashed the goal set and lost over 7 kg in body weight, increasing muscle and improving strength and fitness. Keep up the hard work Tam as she strives for her next goal in a couple of weeks to climb to Everest Base Camp!!!
