What is it? 

VINYASA YOGA is a dynamic style of yoga that is physical, fun, challenging but deeply satisfying. This popular style can be referred to as ‘flow’ yoga, which links movement and breath.

Class description?

This class will improve your strength, flexibility and stamina whilst calming the mind. Vinyasa yoga works the entire body which results in increased mobility and agility, a balanced body and helps to maintain healthy bones and joints.

The body becomes revitalised and its ability to heal is enhanced by the stretching, strengthening and breathing techniques that you learn.

Increased body heat and energy will loosen muscles as well as instigate stronger blood flow carrying oxygen to vital organs. This increased heat in the body leads to sweating, which helps rid the body of any harmful toxins.

You can expect a creative, fun and challenging class that will get you moving.

No need to bring anything! We will supply all the mat and props. Just bring yourself and some water to stay hydrated, and you’re ready to go.

It is open to anyone interested in improving their physical strength and flexibility, increasing inner strength, and simply relieve stress and gain better peace of mind.
