NICHOLAS THELAN

Nick is the strength and conditioning coach for Mach 1. Prior to pursuing his interest in Strength and Conditioning for fighters, Nick served in the Australian Army as a special forces soldier for 11 years. This experience has brought a training style to the gym which has helped create athletes with plenty of physical ability through disciplined strength and conditioning training.

Nick is a BJJ Blue Belt and a keen competitor with experience in BJJ, Grappling and MMA.
