Lynda started practising Ashtanga Yoga in 2002 & practised consistently for many years under the care of veteran yogi “Morrison McQueen” of Scarborough Yoga Centre.
She began to experiment with Vinyasa Yoga around 2008 & immediately fell in love with it’s playfulness, freedom & the space it created for my personality & quirks to shine through.
Lynda has been teaching since 2009 on a regular basis & completed her 200hr YTT in Koh Samui with Bryce Yoga.
Teaching a strong, dynamic & playful class while rocking out to some great music & having fun with the poses
She continually learns & expands her knowledge through her own personal practice & by attending workshops & seminars held by national & international yoga teachers on a regular basis.
Foremost, Lynda will always be a life long yoga student on a curious & cheeky adventure at home & around the world
