What is it:
Krav Maga is a simple but effective self defence method, which places emphasis on reality based self protection in real life scenarios. Krav Maga works to teach you how to defend yourself quickly and effectively in stressful situations regardless of your strength or size.
Initially developed for the Israeli Military, Krav Maga training incorporates grappling, striking, weapons defences and joint manipulations. Aspects of this method of defence are reminiscent of Japanese Jujutsu, Judo, Wresting, Karate and Boxing.
